Privacy notices.

If a record was made about you
In Care Vault, a family member can keep a record to help care for someone they love — so a record may exist about you that you did not create yourself. If it does, you have the right to know what is held and to see, correct, object to or delete it. We explain this in plain language, with no account needed, on Your information.
Visit statistics
We keep aggregate statistics about visits to our sites — the page visited, the website that referred you, and the country of the request. These records contain no cookies, no IP addresses and no identifiers, so they cannot be linked to you or to any other visit. We keep them for 12 months.
Complaints about your data
You can complain to us about how any of these products handles your data — with or without an account — using the data complaints form. We acknowledge every complaint when it is made, make appropriate enquiries, keep you informed and tell you the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time.
