Access without barriers.
We want disabled people to be able to use our websites and services independently, with the technology and adjustments that work for them.
What this statement covers
This statement covers Care World, Care Vault and the Chronix Health Library, including their public websites and signed-in web applications. Chronix Health Group Ltd operates these services in England.
Our standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, levels A and AA, as our technical target. We also make reasonable adjustments for disabled people under the Equality Act 2010. A reasonable adjustment is not limited to changing the website: it can include helping someone use a service or providing information another way.
Current position
We have not yet completed an independent, full-scope accessibility audit across every product, route, document and supported device. We therefore do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Our remaining launch work includes full keyboard and screen reader testing, testing with VoiceOver and TalkBack, and checking documents and third-party payment or identity-checking journeys.
If something is difficult to use
Please use our contact form. Tell us the page or feature, what went wrong, and—if you are comfortable doing so—the browser, device or assistive technology you use. You can also ask for information in an accessible format. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us through the contact form so a person can review the accessibility issue. If the issue also concerns how we use your personal data, you can use our data complaints form without an account.
Review
Published 23 July 2026. We will update this statement after the full audit, after a material change to the covered services, or by 23 January 2027—whichever comes first. Publishing this statement does not reduce any right to a reasonable adjustment.
