How to cancel.
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This page tells you how to use it, what you get back, and gives you the statutory form. Cancelling is never harder than buying was.
The quickest route
Cancel from Billing in your account. It takes a couple of taps, no phone call, no retention questions and no reason required. You do not have to use the form below — it is offered because the regulations say we must offer it, not because it is the route we expect you to take.
You can also simply email us a clear statement that you are cancelling. Anything unambiguous counts.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel you must tell us of your decision by a clear statement — a letter sent by post or an email to support@careworld.app. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also cancel from your account, which is the quickest route and is no harder than signing up was.
To meet the cancellation deadline it is enough for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
If you asked us to begin the service during the cancellation period — which is what happens when you start using it straight away — you keep the right to cancel. What changes is the refund: you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided, up to the moment you tell us. There is no cancellation fee and there is no penalty.
If you cancel, we will reimburse the balance without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, and you will not incur any fees for that.

BUT: because this is digital content that we supply to you immediately, you will lose this right as soon as we make the content available to you — and you have to agree to that, expressly, before you buy. If we did not obtain that agreement, you keep the right and you pay nothing for what was supplied.

What we will not do
We will not charge a cancellation fee — there is no such thing here. We will not require you to give a reason. We will not make you telephone anyone. And we will not treat a cooling-off waiver as removing your separate rights if something we sold you is faulty, inaccessible or not as described: those rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing on this page affects them.
